Where is your showroom located and can we inspect stock in person?
Yes! Our primary physical showroom and warehouse is located at Showroom No. 8, J&P Signal, Second Industrial Area, Sharjah, UAE. We are open daily from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Wholesale traders and exporters are welcome to walk in and inspect individual units or full pallets before purchase.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard wholesale MOQ is 5 units per model for local pickup or courier. For international export shipments via air or sea freight, recommended lot sizes start at 20 to 50 units up to 40ft container loads (1,000+ units).
What does "Grade A Refurbished" mean at FAI Computers?
Every Grade A unit passes our certified 24-point hardware inspection covering screen pixels, keyboard key action, port throughput, thermal fans, and battery health guaranteed at 80%+ retention. Chassis exhibits minimal to no cosmetic blemishes.
Do you provide checking warranty for wholesale lots?
Yes, all wholesale lots include a standard 30-day wholesale checking warranty covering motherboard and hardware functionality. Extended warranties are available for registered corporate fleet buyers.
How do we order and pay for export shipments?
You can submit your required manifest via WhatsApp or our Request page. We issue an official Proforma Invoice. We accept Bank Wire Transfers (TT), Cash at Showroom, and Letter of Credit (LC) for container-volume transactions.
